Refund policy

Effective Date: September 2, 2025

At Cristallo, we take pride in the quality of our products. To maintain fairness and product integrity, all returns must be pre-approved. Please review the policy below before submitting a request.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • Returns must be approved in advance by contacting us at cristallollc@gmail.com.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of receipt at cristallollc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or denial. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at cristallollc@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return first. Once approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Sale or final clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods, beauty/personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error
