Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time (after processing):
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout.
- Cristallo is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Cristallo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
- If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider and notify us at cristallollc@gmail.com.
